All vinyl is subject to minor cosmetic defects, cosmetic damages, or cosmetic differences due to the nature of the vinyl pressing and shipping process. Cosmetic defects or damage that does not impact the sound quality or playback of the vinyl itself is not covered by Garageland. There will be no reshipment or reimbursement available for minor cosmetic defects or damage to vinyl/vinyl sleeves.
Returns are only accepted for defective and non-playable or use-able products. Returns must be made within 7 days for store credit or return to card used to purchase.
All Other Items:
Clothing, accessories and other items can only be returned if they are defective or if you were shipped the wrong item (size, color, style, etc). Sorry for any inconvenience, but we do not offer size exchanges.
Wrong, Defective or Damaged Items:
If we shipped you the wrong item, we apologize for our mistake. We will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipment of the replacement. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain return postage.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and return postage within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the damaged item or refund your full purchase price, upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.
Please note: due to the hight cost of shipping overseas, if your international order arrives with minor damage, we can not provide a prepaid return label. However, we can provide a partial refund or you can return it for a full refund at your own expense. If the item arrives with substantial damage, we will file a postal claim and provide a full refund or replacement if available.

When returning goods, please use a service that allows you to track your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return shipment. We recommend that you use registered post to ensure safe delivery. Please include your order number, name, address, phone number and return authorization number.
All items must be returned in sealed and undamaged condition with all original packaging for a full refund. Special order items cannot be returned as they are ordered or are made just for you. If you have any questions regarding whether a product is returnable, please contact us prior to placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. In the event that an item is not immediately available, we will contact you before processing your order. The delivery dates shown at checkout are only estimates. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to placing your order to verify that the item you need is available and can be delivered by the required date.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees. Garageland is not responsible for collecting or paying these fees. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will vary by country and product value. We have no control over how much will be due and cannot provide reimbursement.
RETURN TO SENDERS
Shipping costs originally paid on your package cannot be refunded when your package is returned to us. When your package is returned to us we will process a refund for the items purchased and any applicable taxes.
Pre - Orders
Pre-ordered items do not ship until the sale date on the product page. Any items placed in an order with a pre-ordered item will be held until the sale date of the pre-ordered item.
Pre-orders are filled on a first-come first-served basis. Some releases are very limited and will not be able to be filled. We usually won't know for sure if we can fill your order until the week of the release. 95% of the time, we are able to fill all preorders, but every once in a while a super limited release comes along and we are only able to get a limited amount of copies from our distributor. We apologize in advance if this happens to you.
Please note: Backordered items will automatically be cancelled and refunded after 90 days from the release date or order date, whichever is later. Please contact if you would like us to keep a backordered item open past 90 days.
We collect and store your personal information strictly to process orders you make on garageland.net. We do not (and will never) sell, lend, give away, or otherwise distribute your personal information.
We do not store credit card numbers.
Our entire site is accessed over a secure ("https" or "ssl") connection. Any information you submit to our site (and any information transmitted from our site to your browser) is encrypted using industry-standard encryption technology.
We use our mailing lists only to contact you about Garageland news, shopping offers at garageland.net and other information about us or our artists that we think you might find valuable. We will not send you spam and we will never sell, lend, or give away your email address. If you're receiving Garageland newsletters from us already, it's because you've manually signed up or checked a box during account creation on garageland.net requesting to be updated about the type of information mentioned above.
